Happy Birthday Kapi Art Space!!

It has been one year since we opened our doors, and we want to celebrate!​

With the huge success of our recent ENDURE exhibition

we are planing more programs and resources  

focused around mental health for 2020.

(including a book with stories from the exhibition) 

 

In order to do this we need to raise more funds,

and this event will be putting

100% of the ticket sales 

towards supporting more Mental Health programs.

Guest artist Daniel Townsend

Daniel J Townsend is a Tasmanian story-singer whose new show "Broken Voices and the Eyes of Men" explores issues of manhood, mental health and the new normal. His latest record, A Tale of Two Cities, was the first in the world to be released as a podcast. Townsend garnered international attention with his 2014 debut,

Iscariot ("incredible" - RN)

His 2016 follow-up, World Until Yesterday chronicles Vandemonian moments of change, and was dubbed “new and notable” by NoiseTrade.
