The space comprises three distinct gallery rooms, a fully equipped teaching studio, a kitchen, toilet, dedicated office with custom shelving, and a storage area. The sale includes all gallery cabinetry, most furniture, lighting, square point-of-sale system, computer, studio desks and chairs, shelving, easels, and more. It's ready for a new owner to walk in and begin operating immediately.

The gallery has also recently been fullly renovated on the outside, bringing a very modern and classic shop front, with electric external blinds to offer safe security when the space is closed.

Kapi Art Space currently opens from Thursday to Monday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., aligning with the schedule of the café just across the road — a friendly neighbour and valuable partner. The business comfortably covers rent, power, staffing, and other operating expenses. While it’s been supported by a small team of staff, it can easily be managed by a couple or small partnership.

All financial documents, including profit and loss statements and custom accounting details, are available to serious buyers upon request.
