Painting is like a journey - you never really know where you will end up and you kind of enjoy the process, which is a bit like life.
Trust the process and not stress too much about the outcome and you will get surprised at the end by what you create. You can come here and you forget about the time, and just be.

It is all about the community. There is something about being in a group, learning from each other and getting to know each other. Kapi is such a warm and inviting safe space.

Painting classes have shown me that I am capable of painting with oils. It is therapy for me, it is good for my mind. It's like taking an art pill, I take the pill, I sit down and I am in my element, and then I have to leave and I don't want to. Its the best thing!
